• A programme that combines virtual workshops and one to one tutorials with an accredited and experienced business coach

• A more personal programme than most, where the facilitator acts as both coach and mentor throughout the programme

COURSE CONTENT

• Building self-awareness and emotional self confidence in order to be an influencer at the board table

• Understanding your strategic thinking strengths according to five proclivities

• Becoming an inspiring leader

• Developing and ‘stretching’ individuals and teams to achieve the organisation’s mission

• Understanding transactional and transformational change

• Getting to grips with what coaching and mentoring is really all about in the context of both improving performance and well-being

• Using our LEADER 360 and workbooks for personal development

COMPLETING YOUR AWARD

There are three assignments that MUST be completed.

We expect at least four weeks between each workshop.  This is necessary in order for the participant to practice the learning in the workplace and create the evidence to support the assignment expectations.

This is not just an academic exercise.  It is about improving on what you already do and receiving actual feedback from the people you lead and manage via a 360 report.
