We very much look forward to welcoming Simon Crampton PhD, Senior Sports Psychologist at the UK Sports Institute as our speaker on the 18th December at our Artemis and Apollo Executive Mentoring membership group.
Simon is a Practitioner Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Profesions Council (PYL039907) with over 10 years applied experience as a Performance Psychologist working across various Olympic, Paralmpic and Professional programmes at both development and senior professional levels.
Passionate about developing high performance, Simon has specialist knowledge and considerable experience working with individuals and teams to develop high performing individuals, leaders and teams, supporting the development and maintenance of high performance environments designed to maximise competitive advantage, optimise performance and deliver strategic ambitions.
Through a strengths based approach embedded in the principles of positive psychology, Simon believes that there is untapped potential in all of us and through coaching and training, this can be unearthed to help people and teams connect with the purpose and meaning behind pursuits, prepare for and cope with the day-to-day stressors and acute performance pressures and help them realise their potential.
